If you suddenly loose power to all trailer lights then that usually points to a blown fuse/fuses. I checked the owner's manual for a 2016 Land Rover Range Rover Sport to locate these fuses, the two that I found were #15 (Blue 15 Amp) and #54 (Blue 15 Amp). If these fuses both check out then you'd want to confirm the issue is on the vehicle and not the trailer by using a circuit tester on each of the pins on the vehicle side. For your 2010 Land Rover Range Rover Sport, to connect your Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195, the connection point for the brake controller wiring harness # 3035-P should be under the dash next to the brake switch to the left of the steering column. The connection in your picture is not the correct harness connection. It could also be beneath the dash near the center console or even behind the glove box on the passenger side.

The LED lights on your new cargo trailer should not require resistors or diodes. Typically, resistors are used on a vehicle that switches to LED lights, but not needed for a trailer with LEDs.
You can try an adapter like part # C35FR to see if it eliminates the hyperflashing problem. It has not been tested on your vehicle but the resistors are built into the adapter. It will attach to the 4-way plug on the trailer and then plug into the 7-way connector on your Land Rover.
